You may print copies of the Content, provided that these copies are made only for personal, non-commercial use. Payment
When making payment, you must provide a valid credit card number and associated information including all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card, (2) your credit card number, (3) the credit card type, (4) the date of expiration, and (5) billing address associated with the credit card. Upon submission of that information, you hereby agree that you authorize us to charge your card at our convenience within thirty (30) days of credit card authorization. All charges from sales are refundable, if and only if the order qualifies for a refund, subject to our Return Policy in the subsequent section. You agree to not use any credit card without proper lawful authorization to do so. We are not liable in the event of an unauthorized use of a credit card; but you may report any such use to us and we will undertake reasonable steps to prevent future such use of your card. You represent that any credit card information supplied to us is true, that payments will be honored by your credit card company, and that you shall pay for any additional charges incurred.
Returns and Refunds
Only items ordered on the Website will qualify for a refund. Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus the shipping expense. To qualify for a return, you must email info@jennifersarkiscosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving the product(s). To apply for a refund, you must send a photo of the defective/damaged item with a detailed description to info@jennifersarkiscosmetics.com. Emptied or refilled products will not qualify for any refund. All products must be in their original form and respective packaging. After the product is received by Jennifer Sarkis Cosmetics Inc, and subject to verification of the purchase and the condition of the product, we shall process a refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any delays in credit managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.
Shipping
We will ship orders via USPS Priority. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling.
Privacy Policy

Dispute Resolution
With respect to any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the website, services or these Terms (including, without limitation, the Privacy Notice), Jennifer Sarkis Cosmetics Inc and you agree to negotiate in good faith and undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate with one another in order to achieve a mutually satisfactory resolution. Subject to arbitration terms found below, any and all legal actions related to, or arising out of, this Agreement and/or the Site or its use, shall be commenced and conducted in Santa Clara County, California, and each user hereby consents to such jurisdiction, including personal jurisdiction. Each party agrees to first provide notice to each other party about any disputes, a thorough description of any problems, and all documents/information related to the problem. We will contact you at the contact information you have provided us in writing. If resolution is not reached between the parties within 30 days, the dispute may only be submitted to arbitration. Each party understands that they are waiving their rights to litigate disputes through a court. Each party chooses to have any disputes resolved only through arbitration.
Each party agrees that any and all claim or dispute, and any claim by either of us against any agent, employee, director, successor, or assign of the other, including, within the confines of the law, third parties that are not signatories to this agreement, whether related to this agreement or otherwise, including all claims and disputes past, present, and future, and also including any issues as to whether this arbitration clause is valid or applicable, shall only be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Law.
